Short post from a Channel Swim attempt late last year in which we (Ali Worlidge and myself) pulled the plug after 18 miles. Sadly. It was cold and it was wet. The good news is that we recovered and managed to raise over £4,000 for the London Air Ambulance

My lasting memory of this day isn’t the 2am start, the swimming, the carbo frubes – it’s of Zoe Anderson. Zoe is a best friend who was brilliant in every possible way. Seen above with Ali, Me, Tom Messer and Ben Aldred, Zoe sadly passed away only a few months later and had been horribly missed constantly
